Conditions for a Refund

— Refunds will not be granted for requests made after 14 days, or if the license has been used contrary to our Terms and Conditions.

How to Request a Refund

2. Your Paddle Order ID (found in your receipt email).

3. A brief description of the issue you are experiencing.

Processing the Refund

As our transactions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, all approved refunds will be issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Once we approve the refund on our end, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement. Upon refund, your license key will be automatically deactivated.
