Terms and Conditions
In short: by purchasing or using our software you accept these terms. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. Licenses are one-time purchases. The software is provided "as is" and the law of Montenegro applies.
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of software applications (including "Bezpapirni PDF Signer") and related services provided by ACHIEVER SOFTWARE DOO ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Montenegro. By purchasing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means that Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and calculation of applicable local taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax). Your payment agreement will be with Paddle.com, and "PADDLE.NET* BEZPAPIRNI" (or similar) will appear on your credit card statement.
3. Product and Licensing
Bezpapirni PDF Signer is distributed as a digital application for macOS and Windows. Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
License Type: The software is provided under a one-time purchase license (lifetime license for the purchased version), unless stated otherwise on the specific product page.
Delivery: Immediately after successful payment, Paddle will send you an order confirmation email containing your license key and instructions on how to activate the software.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software, including source code, design, and branding, are the exclusive property of ACHIEVER SOFTWARE DOO. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or resell the software.
5. Hardware and Third-Party Dependencies
Bezpapirni PDF Signer interacts with third-party hardware (such as SafeNet / Thales USB tokens issued by Pošta CG) and relies on system libraries. We do not manufacture or supply these hardware tokens. We are not responsible for any malfunctions, revocation of certificates, or hardware failures related to third-party devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall ACHIEVER SOFTWARE DOO be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
